Outstanding instructor that has designed an individualized programme to help me overcome my years of back pain from a herniated disc. Absolute gold. I tentaively joined 6mths after rotator cuff reattachment. No previous weights experience and couldn't lift elbow from my side. 9mths later I qualified for the World Masters Games. You need Rehab?? Online or on-site Bob will have u moving again and done so so safely.
