Team Validus

Team Validus is a great boutique gym that suits everyone's needs. It has a great vibe where you feel like part of the family. They offer amazing group glasses at a time that most gyms aren't even open or manned. Each class is always different and very rarely duplicated which helps with my own motivation and fitness goals. Their commitment to each and every member is amazing and their guidance in every aspect in and around the gym and fitness goes beyond any other gym i have attended.

Team validus is a great gym with a friendly community feel. Alicia and Jon are amazing trainers who make me feel very comfortable and always pay attention to make sure I am doing things right. Highly recommend this gym.

I have been a member at Team Validus close to its opening. I followed both of them to their new gym as their commitment to programming and engagement with members is amazing. The friendly “family” like vibe with all the members is fantastic, the equipment phenomenal and the training itself while dire in some personal instances (lol) has produced amazing results for my journey. This boutique gym ticks all the boxes for me and I love being apart of this training team!
