Amazing gym, easily accessible. The facilities are clean and easy to use. Staff are friendly and helpful, trainers are inviting and happy to show you around the gym/equipment. Overall a great gym for either classes, PT or individualised training. Highly recommend!

Great place to train.Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and make everyone feel welcome.The members all chat to each other and make sure any new faces to the gym are included.Overall a lovely supportive atmosphere with lots of laughs.

What a great team and a fantastic vibe, walking into this place is such a safe and welcoming feeling.The machines and equipment are a bit outdated and could do with an upgrade, but the staff are too amazing to go elsewhere.
