Just like all the others. They would like to think they are trailblazers doing the right thing by their clients, different from all the others, priding themselves on their integrity, compassion, community etc etc BUTa) it’s $42.00 per month not $9.69 per week (don’t swallow the lies, there is a MASSIVE difference),b) monthly direct debits continue during your 30 notice period and there is no pro-rata payment (ie if you don’t cancel literally on the day your payment comes out your one month notice becomes a two month notice),c) staff are children fresh out of university lacking real world experience or maturity. Any valid criticism/feedback about the business is seen as a personal attack on them and their career.I have spoken to ACCC and consumer protection and they are aware of the issues. This isn’t just a concern from REVO but the fitness industry as a whole. I’ve always been a firm believer to never judge a gym by the joining process but always judge a gym by your experience when trying to leave and this one has soured me for life. The lawyers however don’t care and will continue to refine the contact documents and REVO will just keep fleecing innocent gym goers like the trailblazers they are.

This place is a scam!!. I tried to cancel my membership weeks ago, being told to come back later and today they charged me for another month saying 30 days notice. I am not using my membership due to the amount of dust and unhygienic space, my asthma has been agrevated by that dirt and dust! Ill be lodging formal complaints with the pictures i have taken and ny drs certificate as an evidence. What are doing is not an ethical practice and nothing more than robbing people eyes open and you should be ashamed!!

Best gym experience I've ever had, can't fault a thing! Awesome vibes, friendly staff, fantastic range of equipment and very clean facilities. Very affordable membership cost, will not be disappointed.

Worst customer service i've ever experienced. Once you setup the direct debit. They will make it so complicated for you to understand unnecesarry fees n charges and when you simply try to withdraw. They do not reply ontime. You keep on ringing them they don't pick or respond to voice mails, unless its a new sale for them. You email them and then wait again for their actual respose as you only receive auto reply for first 2 days approx..Then they tangle you in email n formalities to keep charging atleast 2 more months. Beleive me i got sick of this n withdrew in second week of Nov.22. Till date they are debiting money out of my account, total of around $200 approx. And there is no one to listen your complaint. Unappologetic behaviour and no customer service. So never get trapped... unless you're happy to waste your money.

This is how dirty the fans of revo fitness treadmills are! The amount of dust and the poor ventilation has triggered my asthma and affected my health including ny mental health badly as i wasnt able to train anymore even tho i was a member. When i asked to cancel there was still 2 weeks for my billing cycle. Then they said 30 day notice rule and charged me 4 more weeks which then made 6 weeks notice. For a health reason they should have cancelled ny membership straight away with no notice. Instead i was charged 6 weeks more. Check out the attached pics for how their treadmills look and their ventilation so poor b.o smell has taken over the whole gym. Staff so rude and unhelpful with only aim being to take more money off you!!

Not a good service because when I called them they didn't answer and I left a voice message with my phone number they didn’t respond My call and they charged me extra which I emailed them. Nobody replies about additional feesThey took the monthly payment, credited it back to my account, and then sent an email. They will charge extra for late payment. I sent them a receipt that they withdrew the amount and I do not accept the increase. A day later, the amount came back to my account again. I sent an email. Please take the monthly amount, no one is refunding, today they took the extra amount

Love the cleanliness and friendly staff. Only ick I have is that why be inclusive on your sign up form for nonbinary people but not have a unisex bathroom?

Jesse the manager is absolutely stunning, what a gem of a man! So delightfully exuberant every time I see him! Really a beacon of light to my day! Makes me love Revo. Honestly, the only reason I go to Revo.

Trying to be fair as possible here but just can’t give more than 3 stars.The gym is great. Beautiful space and well laid out. Has a very modern vibe for the Insta Influencer for sure and I believe it’s a great hook.However, I think out of all the times I’ve been to this club, I can only count on one hand how many times I’ve had an interaction with reception staff which gives the club a cold atmosphere from the word go. The amount of times the staff member hasn’t acknowledged my training partner or I walking in/out of the club is far too many times.One guy with dark hair goes out his way to say hello to everyone or “see you later” as you leave, but the rest are very rare. I find it quite interesting as I could be a brand new member looking to strike a connection with the club. It won’t happen if you aren’t friendly at the front of house. This needs to be improved massively in my opinion, then this gym would easily get 5 stars no problem.

Massively overcrowded. All school kids / young teens who have no idea why they’re doing or about gym etiquette and train in groups of 3-4 people hogging all the equipment. Don’t even bother on a Monday night!
